Where we are
An editorial office, not a shop
Our office sits at Jl. Sunset Road No. 9, Seminyak, Kuta, Badung, Bali 80361, Indonesia. It is a desk where pages get written and checked — there is nothing to buy at the door and no stock on the premises.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 WITA. Messages that arrive over the weekend get read on the next working day, usually before we start writing anything new.

What lands well
The specific messages get the fastest, fullest replies
Ask about a specific ingredient claim
Quote the line and the page, then tell us what your own label says instead. A real example: our magnesium note says the oxide form absorbs poorly, but your bottle lists magnesium citrate — that is a note we can answer properly, because it points at one sentence and one ingredient form rather than a whole category of products.
Suggest a topic we have not covered
If you keep running into the same question while reading labels — how a standardized botanical extract differs from a plain ground herb, say, or how men's vitamin supplements compare across formats — describe it in a few sentences. Suggestions shape what gets written next, though they do not come with a delivery date.
Tell us what you want explained more plainly
Some pages on energy and endurance supplements lean on terminology — adaptogens, cofactors, bioavailability. If a passage made you stop and reread it, say which one and why it stalled. That feedback is the main reason our explanations keep getting shorter and clearer.
Ask about a term on a label
Send the wording as printed and we will explain how that term is normally used, what it usually implies about the ingredient, and where the same phrase gets stretched by marketing. Include the product format if you can — capsule, powder, softgel — since that changes how the ingredient is usually listed.
Point us at a healthier-lifestyle angle
Sleep, training load, meal timing and hydration all change what a supplement actually does for you, and we cover them alongside the capsules. If there is a healthy lifestyle products angle you think we have skipped, name it and tell us how it connects to the pages we already run.
What is harder to answer: "is supplement X good?" That question depends on your diet, your training, and what you are trying to reach, so the reply ends up being a page rather than an email. Pointed questions get pointed answers.
Ingredient questions
We can explain what an ingredient is commonly discussed for, how it appears on a label, and how a standardized extract differs from a generic version. We cannot say whether it suits you personally, and we do not guess at dosages for your situation. That is the honest limit of an editorial desk, not a brush-off.
Corrections get priority
We would rather be corrected than quoted
What to send
The page address plus the sentence you are reading, copied exactly. If the mismatch is on a physical label, a photo of the panel does more than a description of it — we can read the ingredient list straight off the picture.
What counts as a correction
A brand name spelled wrong, an ingredient described in a way your label contradicts, a figure that does not match the source we cited. Anything where the page and the thing in your hand disagree is worth sending.
What happens next
Corrections are reviewed before new article requests, so they move to the front of the queue. You get a reply telling you what changed, or an explanation of why the original wording stands.
If a detail on our vitamins and minerals for men pages does not match the bottle in front of you, that is exactly the kind of note we want filed first.
What we do not handle
Orders, returns, and shipping are not ours
HerbalPria does not sell anything, so we cannot look up an order, process a return, or check where a parcel is. If you need customer service for a product you bought, the retailer or the manufacturer is the right contact — they hold the order record and we do not.
We also do not accept paid placements or sponsored ingredient coverage. A page changes because the information changed, never because a brand asked for it. That rule is the only reason our comparisons of popular products for men are worth reading at all.
Nothing on this site is medical advice, and our replies are general information about ingredients and labels rather than a personal recommendation. Talk to a qualified professional about your own situation before you change what you take.
Send a message to the desk
Fill in what you can. The more specific the subject line, the faster a person here can route it to the right page and reply.
How to reach us
Three ways in, one reply
Call +62 361 788 956 during working hours, Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 WITA. Write to [email protected] at any hour, weekends included. Or use the form above and pick the subject that fits — correction, ingredient question, topic suggestion, or something else.
We read everything that comes in. Replies usually take a few working days, and a little longer during busy stretches when several corrections land at once. If you sent a photo of a label, expect the reply to quote it back to you so you can see what we read.
Still forming the question? The energy and endurance supplements guide and the product comparison tables answer a lot of them already, and the about page explains how the editorial desk works.
Before you close the tab
One note from you is worth a hundred quiet shrugs
Natural supplements for men is a crowded shelf, and half of what is written about it repeats the same three sentences. Corrections, awkward questions and plain-language requests are how this site stays useful. Send one, or browse the guides first and come back with something sharper.
